Russ has provided contract surety bonds for many of the region’s major construction projects, including numerous road and bridge projects for the PA Dept. of Transportation and the PA Turnpike Commission, large infrastructure projects such as Pittsburgh International Airport,  Pittsburgh Convention Center, and US Army Corps of Engineers locks and dams, and hundreds of building projects for school districts, county and municipal facilities, sewer and water authorities, developers and state and federal governments.
